Harbour Mediation is an independent provider of civil, commercial and workplace mediation, helping businesses and individuals resolve disputes efficiently, confidentially and constructively.

Harbour Mediation is led by Director and Lead Mediator, Nick Cheshire, a Civil Mediation Council Associate Mediator with more than 20 years of commercial and legal experience.

Nick has worked for both national and international law firms including Gowling WLG and Foot Anstey as well as world leading global technology and cybersecurity organisations such as Thales Group and Six Financial Information. Nick brings a calm, analytical and commercially minded approach to mediation, combining legal insight with a practical understanding of how disputes affect businesses and individuals in the real world.

Harbour Mediation is based in the heart of the South West conveniently located for Exeter, Plymouth, Bristol and the wider region.
